What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 3-6 years of focused experience in tax law, including tax planning, compliance, and controversy.

Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations, including the Internal Revenue Code.
  • Proficiency in handling matters such as tax audits, tax litigation, corporate tax, estate and gift tax planning, and international tax issues.
  • Experience drafting tax opinions, contracts, and legal documents related to tax matters.
  • Ability to represent clients in front of the IRS and other tax authorities.

Job Stability:

  • Proven track record of maintaining positions for 2+ years, demonstrating commitment and reliability.

Strong Communication:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax laws and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
