Licensed Surveyor / Project Manager Location: Youngstown, OH

Position Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor with strong Field Crew Management and Project Management experience to join our Youngstown team. This role combines hands-on field leadership with overall project oversight to ensure the successful delivery of surveying projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage field survey crews, providing leadership, training, and scheduling support

  • Oversee surveying projects from initiation through completion, including client communication, budgeting, and quality control

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols

  • Contribute to business growth by fostering strong client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Land Surveyor in Ohio or ability to obtain licensure

  • Proven experience managing field survey crews

  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
