Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and, where necessary, trial.

 

Qualifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the NY State Bar

  • 3 to 10 years of plaintiff-side employment law experience

  • Class action PAGA experience

  • Experience taking and defending depositions

  • Experience preparing motions for summary judgement

  • Strong understanding of California employment laws (FEHA, CFRA, PAGA, Labor Code, etc.)

  • Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational skills
