Role Overview:

As a Surety & Fidelity Associate Attorney, you will represent clients in matters involving surety bonds, fidelity bonds, and construction-related claims. This role will involve a mix of litigation, advisory work, and strategic legal counseling in the Surety & Fidelity practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate a wide range of Surety & Fidelity matters, including indemnity disputes, bond enforcement, and commercial surety claims.
• Provide counsel to sureties, contractors, and other entities in the construction and commercial sectors.
