Seeking a highly skilled Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our dynamic team. Law Firm is dedicated to representing clients in their most challenging insurance-related disputes, antitrust/competition matters, and other complex business litigation across the United States and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex insurance coverage disputes and related litigation.
- Analyze legal issues and develop effective strategies to mitigate risks and maximize favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Maintain a strong focus on cost-effective solutions while delivering exceptional service.
- Assess client needs and create tailored legal strategies based on thorough investigations and insights.
- Engage in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania
- 2+ years of experience in insurance coverage, litigation, and business law.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex legal issues.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases effectively and efficiently.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
Salary starts out at $170,000
