Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:

• Use CRM tools, cold calling, emails, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities
• Schedule meetings or calls with potential clients to present our range of personal lines insurance products
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
• Build and maintain a robust portfolio of personal lines clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers to provide exceptional service
• Embrace a hybrid work schedule, with a mix of remote and on-site responsibilities

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, demonstrating your ability to convert leads into loyal clients
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and conducting market research
