Legal Administrative Assistant – Law Firm

Cranberry Township, PA

A full-service law firm with offices in Cranberry Township and Southpointe, Pennsylvania, and Naples, Florida, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

Our firm represents individuals, family-owned businesses, multinational corporations, and public entities across Pennsylvania and beyond. In addition to serving the business community, we provide estate planning and administration services and a full suite of family-related legal services.

Position Overview

The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to three attorneys—two litigators and one estate/trust attorney. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to 2 litigators and 1 estate/trust attorney
  • Manage attorney calendars and scheduling
  • Track and calendar court-related deadlines and filings
  • Draft, assemble, and file pleadings and discovery requests
  • Prepare and organize pleading binders and minute books
  • Assist with trial preparation and deposition summarization
  • Conduct legal research and review records
  • Maintain case files in NetDocuments (experience a plus)
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support as needed

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary (required)
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with legal research tools (LexisNexis preferred)
  • Strong drafting, writing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and follow through on assignments with accuracy
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and timeliness
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
