Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our plastic surgery team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering cosmetic injections, performing laser and microneedling treatments, and assisting in various plastic surgery procedures. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of aesthetic principles, and excellent patient care skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cosmetic Injections:
    • Administer a variety of cosmetic injections, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables.
  • Laser and Microneedling Treatments:
    • Perform laser treatments and microneedling procedures to improve skin texture and appearance.
  • Surgical Assistance:
    • First assist in surgical procedures such as rhinoplasty, septoplasty, facelift, cheek lift, deep neck liposuction, and otoplasty.
  • Patient Care:
    • Conduct patient consultations to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care to ensure optimal results and patient satisfaction.
  • Phlebotomy and IV:
    • Perform phlebotomy and administer intravenous (IV) treatments as needed.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and follow-up care.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with active state licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures.
  • Proven experience in administering cosmetic injections and performing laser and microneedling treatments.
  • Proficiency in first assisting in a variety of plastic surgery procedures.
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic principles and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
