Responsibilities:
Lead takeoffs, pricing strategy and subcontractor selection.
Manage estimating team workload and QA of estimates.
Work closely with PMs and preconstruction leadership.
Qualifications:
7+ years estimating experience with a general contractor.
Strong leadership and advanced estimating tool skills.
