 Project Manager/Estimator – Stucco/EIFS Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates and competitive bids for Stucco and EIFS projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
• Utilize construction management tools, including STACK, ProCore, and BlueBeam, for estimating and project coordination.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and company quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on estimating and project management (Stucco/EIFS experience preferred).
• Proficiency in computer-aided estimating and building systems, including STACK, ProCore, and BlueBeam.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and requirements.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
