Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

  • Oversee and manage the entire production process from start to finish.
  • Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Train, mentor, and manage production staff.

  • Meet production targets and deadlines consistently.

Qualifications for the Production Supervisor Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing production supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and other relevant software.
