Job Title: Project Manager – Civil/Site Construction

Job Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee civil and site construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of sitework projects, such as excavation, earthworks, and underground wet utilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience managing civil/sitework construction projects, with 5+ years preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage civil/site construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate excavation, earthworks, underground wet utilities, and related sitework activities.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project goals.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Resolve issues and adapt plans to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing civil/sitework construction projects (5+ years preferred).
