Hiring Now: General Liability Associate Attorney (1–5 Years) | Defense Firm

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 DOE
Billable Requirement: 1,800 hours
Experience: 1–5 years
Schedule: Hybrid (in-office + remote)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a mix of general liability, insurance defense, commercial litigation, and workers' comp matters

  • Litigate cases from pre-suit through trial and resolution

  • Participate in depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial prep

  • Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and legal support teams

Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 1–5 years of litigation experience in relevant practice areas

  • Trial experience and a desire to continue working on trial-heavy cases

  • Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

  • Licensed and in good standing with the state bar

💼 Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: $90K–$135K, based on experience

  • Bonus Structure: $20K+ minimum for meeting billable target (1800 hours)
