A well-regarded litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in construction design or construction litigation or insurance defense to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex matters in a collaborative environment with flexibility for remote or hybrid work.
What They’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience handling construction defect claims, professional liability, and related commercial litigation
Background in insurance defense litigation a strong plus
Florida Bar admission, active and in good standing
Strong skills in discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Team-oriented with excellent client communication and case management abilities
