What you’ll get:
Full-time, weekday schedule 8 am to 5 pm
Competitive pay $31.40 - $37.44/hour plus mileage or company car
PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, and 401(k) match
Up to $400 annual CEU reimbursement and paid CEU days
Scrubs allowance available
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on physical therapy services in home environments
Collaborate with PTs and clinical teams for patient care
Maintain thorough and timely patient documentation
Educate patients and families to support recovery goals
Must Have + Certifications:
Licensed PTA in Minnesota in good standing
Two years PTA clinical experience preferred
Valid auto insurance and driver’s license
CPR/BLS certifications current
