What you’ll get:
Full time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Hourly wage $31.40 - $37.44 plus mileage or company car program
Paid holidays, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching
CEU reimbursement of up to $400/year and paid CEU leave days
Scrubs stipend
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver therapeutic interventions at patient residences under PT supervision
Assist in interdisciplinary evaluations and care planning
Document treatments and patient responses thoroughly
Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers
Must Have + Certifications:
Active Minnesota PTA license
Two years’ preferred experience
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required
CPR/BLS certification
