What you’ll get:
Full-time Monday through Friday, standard daytime hours
$31.40 - $37.44 hourly pay plus mileage reimbursement or company car
PTO, holidays, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match
Clinical license reimbursement, CEU up to $400 plus paid CEU leave
Scrubs allowance
Key Responsibilities:
Administer therapy under supervision, focusing on home care patients
Collaborate with PTs on assessments and care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients and family members
Must Have + Certifications:
Minnesota PTA license current and active
Two years of relevant experience preferred
Insured vehicle and driver’s license required
CPR and BLS certification
