What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years as an Attorney specializing in Probate, Trust, and Estates.
  • Expertise: Proven track record handling complex Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Trusts, and related litigation.
  • Credentials: Admitted and in good standing with the Florida Bar. LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional drafting, research, and analytical abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Leadership: Ability to mentor junior attorneys and manage client relationships with professionalism and care.

What You Bring:

  • Significant experience advising high-net-worth clients and handling sophisticated estate plans and trusts.
  • Strong understanding of Florida probate and estate law, tax planning, and asset protection strategies.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • A JD from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials.
  • A proactive, client-first mindset and the ability to manage cases independently.
