Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the growth of our HNW program, focusing on increasing revenue through engagement with a targeted portfolio of partners. This key position will oversee the development, management, and scaling of partnership strategies, aligning with the organization’s growth goals while enabling measurable success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy to drive revenue, setting clear growth objectives and ensuring alignment with company priorities.
  • Negotiate and manage legal and financial agreements to support prioritized partner models as part of the global strategy.
  • Lead collaboration between our field sales team and partners across co-sell, reseller, referral, and teaming models.
  • Support business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, and demand generation to maximize partnership impact.
  • Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners, demonstrating the value of partnership and securing investment in both time and resources.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to identify and engage with partner executives, showcasing the value of collaborating with our company.
  • Maintain a proven track record of success and over-achievement in previous roles, consistently driving business results.
  • Build and manage relationships with partner and sales executives to ensure efficient collaboration and accelerate new business opportunities.
  • Foster transparent communication to enhance the partner and customer experience.
  • Work closely with strategy leads, product managers, Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, and partners to fully leverage the potential of each partnership.
  • Support the implementation of customized partner models and GTM strategies.
  • Establish and manage a clear governance framework for partner relationships, including quarterly business reviews, monthly status meetings, and other essential activities.
  • Contribute to the development of competitive sales enablement materials such as presentations, briefs, white papers, and web content to showcase our solutions within partner offerings.
  • Oversee the partner activation budget, ensuring effective management of resources.
  • Leverage data and metrics to track partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous program improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in developing and executing partner strategies.
  • Proven ability to work with partners to create measurable business cases that foster strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Strong "hunter" mentality with the ability to engage partner executives and highlight the value of partnering with us.
  • A track record of success and exceeding goals in prior roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strategic relationships with partnership and sales executives.
  • Exceptional communication skills to maintain effective, transparent partnerships that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including strategy, product, and GTM leads, to maximize partnership potential.
  • Ability to operationalize partner models and GTM strategies efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage governance processes for partner relationships.
  • Accountability for managing the partnership activation budget and measuring success.
  • Data-driven approach to assessing partner performance and continuously improving program outcomes.
