Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established law firm in California that is seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with experience in family law who are looking to advance their career in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and related issues.

• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials.

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements, and other family law documents.

• Provide compassionate, professional counsel to clients while advocating for their best interests.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case progress and legal strategy.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in California.

• Prior experience in family law is strongly preferred.

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client-relations skills.
