Cradle-to-Grave Freight Broker / Remote Sales Rep

We’re hiring experienced Freight Brokers or Sales Reps who can manage cradle-to-grave freight operations.

With a strong presence across the East, West, and Southern coasts—and multiple locations throughout the US and Canada—we offer the flexibility of a remote role backed by a robust support team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source and close freight opportunities
  • Manage full freight lifecycle from quote to delivery
  • Utilize your cross-border experience to move loads seamlessly between US and Canada
  • Prioritize reefer or produce commodities (preferred)
  • Build long-term client and carrier relationships
  • Negotiate rates and provide proactive customer service

What You Bring:

  • Proven success as a cradle-to-grave freight broker or sales rep
  • Existing shipper relationships (preferred)
  • Experience with cross-border logistics (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with refrigerated freight or produce (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, remote-ready, and results-driven
