40-hour workweeks — no weekend work unless prepping for trial

Adoption and parental rights
Child custody and support
Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
General family law matters
Duties Include:
Drafting motions, discovery, and family law pleadings
Coordinating court filings and case deadlines
Managing client communication and file organization
Supporting trial preparation and attorney schedules
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in family law
Detail-oriented, reliable, and confident working independently
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
