Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney - Los Angeles, CA

A well-established law firm is seeking a motivated associate to join their dynamic Plaintiff Employment practice group in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in any litigation field and a keen interest in employment law. Experience in defending wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits, is highly desirable. We are looking for someone with litigation experience, particularly in case management, motion practice, and the taking and defending of depositions. Responsibilities:

  • Handle wage and hour class/PAGA actions and/or single plaintiff employment lawsuits from inception through conclusion
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs
  • Attend court hearings and trials
  • Assist in client meetings and consultations
  • Manage caseloads and ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an attorney
  • Experience in Employment Law preferred
  • Admission to the CA Bar is mandatory
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
