Team up with a growing company with 100+ years in manufacturing excellence that is seeking a Machine Operator with strong mechanical skills and a proactive mindset. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and fine-tuning bag-forming equipment — and ensuring every product meets the highest quality standards.
Set up and operate Totani, B&B, or Hudson Sharp machines
Perform regular quality checks and troubleshoot issues
Support and mentor others during shifts
Follow 7S and cGMP best practices to maintain a clean, safe environment
Complete shift and production reports with accuracy
5+ years in manufacturing (preferably food-grade)
Machine setup experience and troubleshooting know-how
Familiarity with 7S and cGMP principles
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
Team-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
