The ideal candidate:
- 4+ years of litigation experience (defense litigation)
- Ideal background in insurance defense, med-mal or related personal injury
- Second-chair trial experiene preferred
- Strong writing skills and motion practice
- Admitted, in good standing- California
- Comfortable jumping into discovery phase of cases
