Position: Inside Sales (Transition to Outside Sales in 6-12 Months)

What You’ll Do:

  •  Start in Inside Sales, learning our products and processes
  •  Build relationships with new and existing customers
  •  Transition into Outside Sales, managing your own accounts
  •  Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  •  Collaborate with team members to drive success

  • Sales experience (construction industry a plus)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
