A highly reputable public accounting firm with nearly 50 years in business is expanding its team! Known for its commitment to career growth, work-life balance, and an excellent team environment, this firm is seeking experienced Tax Managers to join their dynamic organization.

📍 Location: Henrico County, VA (Hybrid – 3 days in-office per week)
💰 Salary: $115,000 – $160,000 (DOE)
🩺 Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), CPE Support
🕒 Hours:

• Busy Season: ~50 hours/week
• Off-Season: ~35 hours/week

Tax Manager (Non-Profit) Responsibilities:

• Handle tax compliance and advisory services for non-profit organizations
• Stay current with tax regulations affecting the non-profit sector
• Assist with tax-exempt applications and IRS reporting requirements

Tax Manager (Non-Profit) Qualifications:

• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA required
• Generalist with expertise in Non-profit client taxation
