About the Position:

A well-established law firm in Memphis, TN, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Legal Assistant to support its growing practice. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys to prepare estate planning documents, maintain client files, and ensure seamless case management.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Draft, proofread, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
✅ Manage client communication and scheduling with professionalism and confidentiality
✅ Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance
✅ Coordinate document execution and filing procedures
✅ Assist with administrative tasks, such as billing and correspondence

Qualifications:

✔️ 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in Estate Planning or Probate
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment
