A highly respected and well-established personal injury law firm in New York City is seeking a talented and motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a significant role in providing outstanding legal representation to clients while growing your own practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to auto accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.
• Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and prepare for trial as needed.
• Handle depositions, mediations, and negotiations effectively to secure favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the firm's legal team to ensure comprehensive and strategic case management.
• Take advantage of the opportunity to develop your own client base, with 33% client development compensation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
• Minimum of 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong litigation skills, including depositions and trial preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to handle cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship development is a plus.
