Personal Injury Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including extensive litigation and trial experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled attorney to take on a leadership role within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death cases.
  • Conduct all aspects of case handling, including client intake, investigation, legal research, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Represent clients in court, including pre-trial hearings, arbitrations, and trials as necessary.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their case.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and ensure high-quality representation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-15 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to client service and achieving justice for injured individuals.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in CA Bar and in good standing.
