 Labor and Employment Attorney Requirements:

• 4+ years experience preferred
• Experience in Labor and Employment, Employment Litigation, Wage & Hour 
• Exceptional writing and research skills
• Strong academic background preferred
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
• Licensed in TN in good standing
