A litigation attorney represents clients in various legal disputes and helps guide them through the process of litigation. Their primary responsibility is to prepare and present cases in court, handle negotiations, and ensure their clients' legal rights are protected. They work on cases ranging from civil matters, such as contracts, property disputes, or personal injury claims, to criminal cases, including defense of criminal charges.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in Wisconsin
  
• JD from accredited law school
• 3-5 years of experience with civil litigation, insurance defense, and/or insurance coverage
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
