Position Overview:

The Service Manager will be responsible for coordinating with technicians, scheduling work, and handling some diagnostic tasks as needed. This role is primarily based in our shop, ensuring efficient workflow and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with technicians to assign and manage workloads
  • Schedule service work efficiently to meet customer and company needs
  • Assist with diagnosing issues as necessary
  • Maintain smooth operations in the shop and ensure timely job completion
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a service management role preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical knowledge of CAT Equipment is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
