We are seeking entry-level and experienced Mechanical Designers/Engineers. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and/or fire protection design is a plus, but not required.

Your Role and Impact

As part of our team, you will play a key role in creating innovative designs that stand the test of time. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing MEP systems for various projects
  • Communicating directly with clients
  • Traveling to job sites as needed
  • Collaborating with project teams to deliver successful outcomes

Skills & Abilities

We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and recent grads. Ideal candidates possess or are eager to develop the following skills:

  • Preparation of construction drawings and specifications
  • Field surveying and site evaluations
  • Performing engineering calculations
  • Understanding building codes and standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coordinating with architects, owners, and other engineering disciplines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Proficiency or interest in the following is highly valued:

  • AutoCAD and Revit
  • LEED design principles
  • Commissioning
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration
