Litigation Attorney – San Antonio, TX 

A respected and established law firm in San Antonio is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join its dynamic team. This is an in-office role ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in litigation involving personal injury and insurance defense. The caseload will primarily consist of business and commercial disputes that are rooted in insurance defense and personal injury matters. You’ll be responsible for managing cases from discovery through resolution.

Key Highlights:

  • Competitive base salary between $100K and $170K, plus a performance-based bonus

  • Active caseload of 30–40 litigated files

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution

  • Stable work history with demonstrated success managing complex litigation

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
