Project Architect Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of architectural projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Produce high-quality design and construction documents
- Conduct site visits and work closely with contractors and clients
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project tasks
Project Architect Essential Job Functions:
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Revit software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Project Architect Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- AIA licensure preferred (open to those pursuing or capable of becoming licensed)
- High-end single-family project experience preferred
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
