Position: Corporate Attorney – Partner-Level

A respected Texas law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Attorney to join its established corporate, business, and banking practice in Dallas. This is a prime opportunity for a partner-level attorney, or a senior associate ready to transition into a leadership role, who thrives on handling sophisticated transactional matters while contributing to the continued growth of a forward-thinking firm.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will advise clients on a wide range of corporate and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital transactions, reorganizations, and corporate governance. The firm periodically generates transactional work from its strong client base, and having a corporate-focused partner will help capture those opportunities. Candidates who are growth-minded, tech-forward, and eager to build long-term client relationships will thrive here.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
10+ years of corporate/transactional experience (partner-level or senior associate)
Background in mergers and acquisitions, entity structuring, governance, reorganizations, and capital raises
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Portable book of business strongly preferred
Client-focused, with the ability to leverage the firm’s blue-chip bank-client list and open doors for additional opportunities
