Description:

Join our client's team as a Custom Home Construction Project Manager and oversee the creation of dream homes from start to finish. Your role will involve managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control, while ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-end residential construction and a proven ability to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage custom home construction projects from planning to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met
• Oversee project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are completed within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-end custom home construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore)
• OSHA certification is a plus
