Position Overview

I am currently representing a highly regarded, full-service law firm in Idaho seeking a versatile Associate Attorney. While this firm manages a broad and sophisticated portfolio of cases, they are specifically looking for a talented litigator who brings a strong background in Criminal Defense to the team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a stable, reputable firm where you can leverage your courtroom experience across a diverse legal landscape. Our client’s practice areas include:

• Criminal Defense (Primary focus area for this hire)
• Personal Injury & Complex Litigation
• Family Law & Probate
• Estate Planning
• Property, Construction & Contracts

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of legal experience, with a significant emphasis on criminal defense litigation.
• Licensure: Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho.
• Work Structure: This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office position.
• Competencies: A strong advocate with trial or heavy motions experience who is comfortable handling a diverse caseload and interacting with a sophisticated client base.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
