Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney (3+ Years Experience) Location: Oklahoma City, OK Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience) Job Type: Full-Time

About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Defense Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic and growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in insurance defense, and experience in trucking and/or construction law is highly desirable.

This is a hands-on litigation role. We are looking for someone who is not only a strong legal writer and advocate but also someone who is comfortable being in the field—taking depositions, conducting inspections, collecting witness statements, attending hearings, and assisting in trials.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the state bar
• Fieldwork experience is a must – you will be expected to actively participate in all aspects of case development and litigation
• Strong litigation and deposition skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Experience with trucking and/or construction law is a major plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through trial
• Conduct site inspections and accident investigations
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
