Qualifications of Immigration Attorney:
• At least 1+ years in Employment Immigration
• Experience in Employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, PERM applications, Adjustment of status applications, Consular processing, Naturalization applications, Requests for evidence I-9 compliance and auditing, Immigration corporate compliance, and Immigration program management
• Licensed in Florida
