We’re hiring a Senior Estimator to lead bid preparation for commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage estimating team, assign scopes, and review takeoffs.
Develop bid strategies and ensure accurate pricing.
Build and maintain subcontractor relationships.
Collaborate with PMs and clients during preconstruction.
Identify risk factors and recommend mitigations.
Qualifications:
7+ years of estimating experience (3+ in senior role).
Expert in takeoff software and Excel modeling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
