What You'll Be Doing

• Review complex individual and business tax returns
• Lead tax planning and advisory conversations
• Manage and strengthen key client relationships
• Oversee engagements and help keep projects moving
• Mentor and develop staff
• Work directly with ownership on client and firm needs
• Identify opportunities to improve service and grow relationships
• Become a trusted resource for both clients and the team

What We're Looking For

• Strong public accounting tax background
• Tax review experience
• Experience managing client relationships
• Leadership and mentoring ability
• CPA strongly preferred
• Someone who sees the bigger picture beyond preparing and reviewing returns
