We are seeking a Superintendent with a strong field background and homeowner-facing experience. This role requires hands-on leadership, a deep understanding of custom home construction, and the ability to train and mentor teams while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ground-up custom home builds and high-end remodel projects from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring top-tier communication and customer service.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Train and mentor field staff, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Problem-solve on-site issues and proactively manage construction challenges.
