About the Opportunity

An established luxury custom home builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee exceptional ground-up residential construction projects.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who values superior craftsmanship, enjoys working with high-end clientele, and takes pride in delivering extraordinary custom homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through final closeout.

• Maintain a strong field presence, approximately 70% on-site.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, job costing, and financial performance.

• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, designers, vendors, and homeowners.

• Manage procurement, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.

• Ensure exceptional craftsmanship, quality control, jobsite safety, and timely completion.

• Proactively resolve construction challenges while maintaining excellent client relationships.

• Oversee project reporting, invoicing, punch lists, and closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience preferred.

• Ground-up luxury custom home construction experience required.

• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and field operations.

• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and costs.

• Excellent communication skills and experience working with high-end homeowners.

• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Buildertrend or similar construction management software experience preferred.

• Ability to independently manage projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
