Position Overview We are looking for a Social Security Disability Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This position is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about helping clients navigate the disability claims process and secure the benefits they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in Social Security Disability cases, including administrative hearings and appeals.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including briefs, motions, and appeals related to Social Security Disability claims.
  • Conduct client consultations, assess case eligibility, and develop strategic approaches for successful claims.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring all deadlines and SSA requirements are met.
  • Work closely with clients, medical professionals, and team members to gather essential evidence for claims.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Oklahoma.
  • Minimum 4 years of legal experience, in Social Security Disability or administrative hearings.
  • Strong advocacy skills with experience presenting cases before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple cases.
