🚛 Dispatcher / Customer Support

💰 Pay: $25-$30/hr (Higher pay available for top candidates)
🕐 Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer requests, order entry, and scheduling for machinery moves.
  • Communicate with drivers, riggers, crane operators, and electricians to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop quotations and track orders while keeping customers informed.
  • Maintain accurate records and escalate issues to management as needed.

What You Need:

✔️ Strong phone & email communication skills
✔️ Experience in dispatch, logistics, or manufacturing support
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
