LEAD SUPERINTENDENT - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
A leading Alabama General Contractor specializing in Construction Management, Design/Build, and General Contracting services is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee all site construction activities and manage field personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and coordinate all construction site activities.
- Lead field personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Maintain daily communication with project managers and administrative staff.
- Develop and update project schedules to guarantee timely delivery.
- Assess the performance of field teams and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit daily reports and timesheets.
- Attend on-site and off-site meetings as needed.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5+ years of construction experience, including at least 2 years as a Lead Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents.
- Familiarity with construction software is a plus.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent leadership skills.
- Proven ability to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
