We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our patients and are seeking a skilled Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our nursing leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations.
  • Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans and policies.
  • Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.
  • Address and resolve any patient or staff concerns as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid New York State license.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and supporting nursing staff.
