What You’ll Do
Provide leadership and establish the engineering division from the ground up
Manage projects efficiently and ensure top-quality results
Collaborate with leadership to drive company growth and innovation
Serve as a key decision-maker and long-term asset in the firm
What We’re Looking For
Registered Engineer (required)
6–10 years of professional engineering experience
Strong background in commercial projects
Proven leadership skills and ability to build/mentor a team
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a program from scratch
